Food & Brew

Welcome to Food & Brew. I love food! And I love beer!  I especially love partaking in both with those near and dear to me.  And who doesn’t?! Japan is a mecca for good food and in a culture of 飲み会 (nomikai, literally “drink meeting”) there is always a good chance to try something new!

What will you find in Food & Brew?

One of my favorite past times here in Japan is finding a fun looking alley and making my way through all of the bar and restaurants. There is so many different foods that aren’t in American Japanese restaurants. With the craft beer scene growing every day, there’s plenty of good beer to find as well!

I’m all about sharing the wealth, so if I find a great brewery or restaurant on my travels, you know you’ll find it here.

Don’t forget to subscribe and follow me on social media so you don’t miss out on any of the goodies.  What’s your favorite food?
